Our Facilities

Ingersoll Rand has two world class manufacturing facilities (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified) at Naroda, Ahmedabad and Sahibabad near Delhi and two Engineering and Technology Centers at Bangalore and Chennai.

Naroda Plant

Ingersoll Rand set up its first manufacturing facility in India at Naroda, Ahmedabad in 1965. The facility is ISO 9001 - 2008 certified with a total plot area of over 450,000 sq. ft and built-up area of over 230,000 sq. ft. With staff strength of over 550 employees, the Naroda plant is uniquely positioned to cater to manufacturing of small and large reciprocating compressors, centrifugal compressors, rotary compressors and blowers. Additionally, the plant has recently started manufacturing products for the Climate Solutions business.

Sahibabad Plant

The Sahibabad plant is equipped with latest CNC and manual machines, with access to our latest global technologies and staffed by experienced and qualified personnel. The plant is also equipped with complete facilities for testing products to international standards and norms. These facilities and engineering strengths enable Ingersoll Rand to provide excellent pre and after sales technical support

The Sahibabad plant employs over 220 people of whom ‘more’ than 80 have completed 10 years or more of service with the organization.

Our Engineering and Technology Centers at Bangalore and Chennai contribute to the global growth of Ingersoll Rand by providing cost effective engineering solutions and technologies as well as support regional product development.
