Doing Business With Us

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Ingersoll Rand. We are committed to better understanding customer perspectives and refining our offerings to meet and exceed their expectations for reliability, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Ingersoll-Rand plc has announced plans to spin-off its industrial segment which will be followed by a merger (the “Transaction”) with a subsidiary of Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company. The Transaction will likely close early 2020 and we will continue to operate as we do today until the close. For additional information on the creation of two standalone companies, see the Press Release.

The Industrial company will move forward with the Ingersoll Rand name. The Climate company will be called Trane Technologies once the deal closes. The company name change is subject to shareholder approval and is expected to be effective around the completion of its Reverse Morris Trust transaction in early 2020.

We have a microsite where you can learn more about the meaning of Trane Technologies and will continue to communicate updates as they become available. We have a mailbox set-up for your questions related to the separation process:

Ingersoll Rand is ready to go to work whenever and wherever you are.
